Why I like True
I’ve been buying True Protein products for over 10 years. Here’s why I keep buying them:
- No filler ingredients: This is what initially attracted me to True Protein. When they hit the market, most protein powders had a ton of filler ingredients.
- Tastes great: My favourite of their protein powders is the chocolate. There are no artificial flavours, just cocoa powder! The powders have no weird aftertastes. This could be down to their manufacturing process as well. They use cross-flow microfiltration, which is considered the gold standard.
- Natural sweetener: The flavoured powders are sweetened with stevia.
The only downside of True Protein is the price. You can get cheaper protein powder elsewhere. But there aren’t many companies I trust in the fitness space. True Protein has been around for a long time and has earned its reputation.
